Hello fellow weight losers!!!! Just joined this morning. I have the metabolism of a snail...yay me. I've already lost 5 lbs by myself, but I'm tired of being confused by food. I actually hate eating and therein lies the problem. I don't eat, my body goes into caveman mode, and anything I DO eat, just to get the irritating growl in the stomach to go away, gets stored as fat. Soooo...if I HAVE to eat, I might as well know what's going to help and not hurt, eh? I'm so glad Myfitnesspal is here!!
