15 lbs down pics

It wasn't until I saw the pic on the left that I thought to myself "wow, what happened to me, when did i let myself go" I started using mfp, to see what my normal cal intake was, and for two weeks I ate like I normally did almost 2000 cals day. Then I started to moderate my food intake, no frozen microwaved meals, (unless it was my last option) limited sweets and diary. Eating fresh and at home. Started getting active everyday with cardio and weight training. 3 months later im 15 lbs lighter with 10 more lbs to go. It's not over night don't get discouraged trying to reach your goals. I'm 5'7 started at 175, now 160, goal toned 150. And idk how to post pics on here visit the link below
