30 Day Shred Level 2?

I just began the 30 day shred level 2 on Monday and it is KILLING ME!! During level 1 I saw HUGE results in my stomach by day 8 and I know I'll see even bigger results by day 8 of level 2 (I take Saturdays and Sundays off just as a side note) but this level 2 is absolutely killing me! How did you all get through it for those that have? :sad: LOL!

    I skipped level 2 altogether, I injured my shoulders pretty bad the first time around. I alternated level 1 and 3, or did ripped in 30 in its place.

    I know exactly how u feel. I HATED level 2. All those planks were ridic but knowing it was only for 20mins helped. I actually took it 1 circuit at a time. Maybe take a day off instead of 2. I think comming back to it after 2consecutive days(off) makes it a bit more difficult. You will be rewarded with level 3. Its not as difficult or at least it doesnt have as many planks. Goodluck!

  • Thank you!! :) I know I will push through it and looking at pictures of people and their results definitely motivates me it's just sooo hard this level is killing me! I guess all the real transformation probably happens on level 2!

    13" and 6.2 lbs so far, so yup, huge results:smile: I'm on Day 15, so exactly halfway.
