I read on Pinterest the other day rules for skinny people.

I chose a few that stuck out to me, that I am trying.

Go to bed hungry.

No carbs after lunch.

No artificial sweetners. (hard one)

An apple a day.

Don't drink your calories.

Does anybody have other rules to add these skinny rules I have listed.

No, but I don't agree with any of those anyway!

I dont like the term skinny but other rules towards being thin:

    only eat when hungry
chew your food thoroughly and completely
    eat slowly
stop eating when no longer hungry

Not one of those things makes a difference in whether or not you have low body fat.

I agree these rules probably have nothing to do with having low body fat, but they may help achieve weight loss goals.

    I don't agree w/ these.

    How about:

Eat an amount of calories that is equal to your total energy expenditure.
