Long story short, last year I used this site to lose over 40 lbs. Since then I've maintained a weight of 125-130 lbs, but have found myself being lazy. I work a lot of hours and on 3rd shift, and it's been quite an adjustment for me coming from a day time job. I'm trying to maybe lose 5 lbs and get back into shape. More importantly I'm trying to pay more attention to the food that goes into my body. Since keeping a journal worked for me so well last time, I'm going to start doing it again and I would love some support!
