Should I be logging all my medications, prescription and OTC?

I only log vitamins and supplements as they contain calories, micro, and macro nutrients. If you want to log medicine, that's up to you (although that's a little too OCD for me  ). I actually had to look in the database to see if that type stuff was even in there and was surprised to find some stuff, although it was all zero'd out....so why bother unless you just want to log for the sake of logging. To each his or her own.

Not necessary, unless you do it to remember whether or not you took your medicine.

Thanks ladies....I saw a couple of people on my friend list who were logging it and I just wondered. I won't bother if it's a waste.
  • I don't. Yes, some of my meds have like 10 calories, but I don't worry about it.

I recently learned Halls cough drops have like 15 calories each. And I was going through tons of them each day. So yeah I guess that's a bit different but still noteworthy.

I have before to make sure I've taken them, but its certainly not necessary.
