    Generic mass gainer product, most of them are 95% the same.

    You could make something pretty similar for a fraction of the price with some bulk unflavoured maltodrexin and whey protein (which are the 2 main ingredients). allthough I would rather use whey, oats and milk.

    It's much cheaper to just add stuff to your protein shake on your own. They overcharge you for the sugar if you ask me.
