Hi!!
I have to cook this Easter and all my family members are looking forward to my cooking but are not technically on a "diet". Does anyone have any good recipes that would be healthy for me but still taste amazingly to my guests ( enough to trick them into not knowing its healthy lol).
Thanks!!

Look up stuff on howsweeteats.com
There is a variety of recipes you could try and they are healthy (most of them). For Easter, I am making the lemon cake with the marshmallow frosting. I plan to have a smaller piece, but I know everyone else will love it.0 -
You should for sure look at chocolatecoveredkatie.com Best diet time treats there are.0

I have a great recipe from my weight watchers cookbook
called Cajun pork loin, it's satisfying to everyone and
is an attractive dish. Would you like to have a copy?
PORK ROAST
2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chpped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp dried mustard
1 pound 7 oz Boneless Pork Loin
3 garlic cloves minced
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
In medium non stick skillet heat margarine and oil, add onion, celery
bell pepper and garlic, cook over medium heat til softened, about
2 minutes.
Stir in seasonings, set aside to cool
Using sharp paring knife, make 4 1 inch slits about 1 1/2 inch deep into
pork. Spoon 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture into each slit.
Place pork in roasting pan, spoon remaining vegetable mixture over pork.
Roast 1 hour then raise temp to 475 degrees.
Cook pork til well browned
Let stand 15 minutes before carving0 -
Pork tenderloin is very lean, tasty and easy to make. I just made one by rubbing spicy brown mustard over the tenderloin and topped it with a lot of cracked black pepper. Just put it in a baking pan with brussels sprouts which I lightly drizzled with olive oil and pepper and roasted for the recommended 25 min per pound at 425 degrees. Yummy!0
