I've noticed that, since I started lifting, my muscles involuntary twitch during the day.
Do yours do this? Is it just muscle fatigue?
Iit's kind of annoying.

I'm already drinking lots of fluid! 8 glasses of water per day - plus whatever else....coffee, etc. I'm not dehydrated at all - I'm constantly running to the bathroom.
Plus - I get at least 6 and usually 7 hours of sleep every night.
I've been working my arms and abs harder, lately - and this is where the twitches seem to be.
SHould I drink gatorade?0 -
I get them from time to time. Always have. Afaik it's harmless. Wouldn't drink gatorade if my life depended on it but that's me. I try to avoid anything that makes my insuline spike in the way sugar does.0
