I've noticed that, since I started lifting, my muscles involuntary twitch during the day.

Do yours do this? Is it just muscle fatigue?
Iit's kind of annoying.

This and you can add in some gatorade or something similar with electrolytes to help balance out.

I'm already drinking lots of fluid! 8 glasses of water per day - plus whatever else....coffee, etc. I'm not dehydrated at all - I'm constantly running to the bathroom.

Plus - I get at least 6 and usually 7 hours of sleep every night.

I've been working my arms and abs harder, lately - and this is where the twitches seem to be.

    SHould I drink gatorade?

I get them from time to time. Always have. Afaik it's harmless. Wouldn't drink gatorade if my life depended on it but that's me. I try to avoid anything that makes my insuline spike in the way sugar does.
