Tuna cakes

I made these today, and they were yummy.

1 (5 oz.) can tuna in water
1 tbl. mayo (regular kraft)
1 tbl. onion (minced)
1 tbl. celery (minced)
1 tbl. green pepper (minced)
a dash or 2 of lemon pepper
28 small pretzel sticks (snyder's), crushed to fine crumbs
2 to 3 tbls. egg whites (add one at a time and check consistency...don't let it get too mushy)

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 2 patties. Heat pan and spary with fat free cooking spray. Cook for about 3 min. on each side or until slightly brown. Makes 2 servings.

I estimated about 345 calories each, so enjoy with a salad or low cal bread. :flowerforyou:

    Yummy! I will probably change the mayo to fat free mayo but thanks can't wait to try it!!!

    Thank you! I already make a not-so-healthy version of this. I've used Stove Top Stuffing Chicken flavor with mine, but now I'll be able to make it again. Thanks for the recipe! I love Tuna Cakes!!!! ♥ :love:
