Has anyone ever tried these green tea pills? Do they work?

    Don't get the ones from holland and Barrett to much caffeine in them unless your a big coffee drinker

    Eating at a deficit works. Green tea will not hurt you but will be of little to no help.

    Green tea won't hurt you (the drink that is)... the pills could as they add a lot of stuff into them.

    The pills won't actually cause you to lose more fat than you normally would with proper diet and exercise.

    I think that the general guideline is; if it's sold as a weight loss aid, it's only referring to the weight of your wallet.
