Squeaky Shoes

Help! My running shoes have started to squeak!:grumble: :grumble: I can feel the squeak in the balls of my feet. Is there anything I can do to make it stop? They are a pair of K Swiss and they are only a couple of months old. I wear them all the time since I have a job that I spend a lot of time on my feet.:angry: What can I do?

    Is the squeak on the inside? Maybe you could try some inserts?
