My first NSV!! :-D

I started the 30 day shred exactly one week ago and this morning my boyfriend commented that my shirt was a bit looser..

So I got my measuring tape, and I already lost 5.5 inches!

1.5 from my belly
1.5 from my waist
1 from my hips
and 0.5 from my legs!

I'm reallllly happy!

And I only did the shred 5 times now! (don't do it on the weekends)

yeah!

(I'm sorry if my grammar isn't correct, I'm from the Netherlands and working on my English :-) )

Well done and keep going it is really worth it...

I am totally addicted to JM. I do 30DS on weekdays rotating 32323 then on Sat and Sun I do Level 1 of extreme Shed and Shred. I have noticed the scales aren't moving that quickly but OMG my measurements are and my body is really changing - I love it, she makes me feel really strong...

Keep it up and enjoy the changes.

Great job! I love 30DS, going to restart tonight..had started before some business travel and fell off the wagon but going back tonight because it's a great workout. I'm going to alternate nights though between 30DS and my kettlebells because the bells are awesome too! Keep up the great work and keep us posted on your progress :)

I've been in Amsterdam for a little under 9 years now. I'm American, did a study abroad program in Swansea, Wales in the UK and came to the Dam for a weekend, ended up meeting my (now) husband and when my semester was over instead of moving back to the US I moved to the NL and have been here ever since. :o)
