I'll try to be helpful here:

    Lentils.
    Mushrooms.
    Beans of all kinds.
    Nuts.
    Peas.
    Seitan.
    Tempeh.
    Tofu (not a fan, myself).

You can also get protein powders that are vegan.

(I am not a vegan. I am not even a vegetarian. But I find I feel a lot better with lots of carbs, as I've not eaten an animal for over 40 days, maybe 50 days by now. I do plan to eat animals that I kill with my own hands, though.)

If you eat broccoli, it has tons of protein (for a veggie). I sometimes eat 2-3 cups as part of dinner with a little bit of quinoa. Quinoa is also a great protein source and not too high in carbs (I'm sure you've tried that though. Maybe add more salads and beans to up the protein, avocado for fat is AMAZING (I love homemade pinto beans with avocado and a little bit of salsa!)

    Hope this helps a bit!
