I'm 29, and have gained a significant amount for the first time in my life over the last year. I'm trying to do things right - I talk to my doctor, and have been seeing a dietician since September. I exercise 4-6 days a week, and have been tracking my calories on MFP for several months now. I've been a vegetarian for 15 years, generally eat good amounts of veggies and fruits, and drink plenty of water.
Bottom line: Despite trying to do things in a healthy way, I'm not losing weight.
I started taking Victoza at the recommendation of my doctor about 6 weeks ago, and even that doesn't seem to be helping.
Does anyone have an idea of what I could change to help get me started?

My guess would be that you are not balancing your calories correctly with exercise.
If you are working out 4-6 days a week you have to make sure you are eating the correct amount to account for what you are burning off.
What is your daily calorie allowance? You have to make sure that you are burning, for example, 500 calories in the gym that those 500 calories do not take you below your daily calorie intake.0 -

I started with a calorie goal of 1400/day, and just reduced it to 1200 a couple weeks, maybe I've been going in the wrong direction with that.
Right now, with a calorie goal of 1200/day I'm consuming around 1500 and working out to burn 3-400 cals.
Diary is open to viewing, thanks guys.
ETA: BMR is 2447 according to calculations from the post jessicahoyos referenced (thank you!), so new goal based on that would be 1980 cal/day.0
