Hi,

I am one of those women who have battled weight my life, about 10 years ago I was at my best and now just seems to pile on no matter what I do..

I have had my share of health issues lately too.. weight is a contributor but not the only... I need to work on getting away from work.. I work from home so I never leave it..

I recently had a heart attack and need to get my life back on track.. right now my exercis is very limited so share any advice you have..

I also have plantar fasciitis so walking is tough, I am just a ball full of fun!

I need to lose weight and get MORE healthy.. I am not a poor eater, eat quite healthy just can't lose it...

HELP!

    Hi there - you are more than welcome to add me - I love getting new weight loss buddies.

    I also have planter faciitis, in fact it got so bad last year I had to go get it exrayed as the Doc thought I had broke a bone!!! This was after I had been walking for 3 months and was up to 3-4 miles a day. I was soooo *issed.

    Anyways I bought myself a Leslie Sansone walking video and had a lot of success with that. I get bad heel pain and I find doing her videos I tend to use the ball of my foot rather than the heel.

  • I am totally a Leslie Sansone fan! I can exercise in my own living room and not worry about how I look doing it! I would love to add you as a friend so we can encourage each other. (I had a heart attack about a year ago, time to get healthy!)
