    I have noticed since I started losing weight, my sex drive is sky high like it used to be. I think it is probably because I am feeling much better about myself and feeling more attractive (though the weight is coming off slowly). Does anyone else have this going on? Just curious:)

    @missjen - Yes, same here! Think of it as another way to burn calories! Always better to have a partner, hand blisters are no fun:cry:

    so glad I'm not alone in this! My sex drive has always been high but now it's like don't even bother to put clothes on in between sessions

    Yep, I've always had a very high one, it only gets higher the more I work out.

    O, totally.
    I've always had the need to get busy, but once I started working out and eating cleaner and hydrating.....I was only stopped by how effing sore I was. Sadly (luckily?) my man lives 300 miles away or I could add more cardio to my days... :smokin:

    My husband and I have both experienced this as well. I think working out gives you more energy and makes you feel better about yourself.

    i, too, had a fairly high drive before i started exercizing.

    now--it's just stupid.

    over the course of about 2 yrs (in stops and starts) i went from being completely physically inactive to walking/running/skateboarding ~3 mi/day.

    edit: i forgot to add: exercize boosts testosterone, right? and that's the libido hormone, right??
