Can changing my diet and increasing my exercise be causing me to get headaches?

Are you eating enough? Is your blood sugar dropping too low?0

I'm allotted 1600 a day, plus I eat back my work out calories.0

How about enough fluids? You can have headaches if you are slightly dehydrated too.0

I used to get frequent migraine cycles (4 days). I rarely get them now and they tend to last for less time with less intensity, though I do still get the rare 4 day cycle. I attribute this change to the fact that I started running. Before I even put much effort into changing my diet, my headaches improved because I started running. And all it was for me was the C25K app.0

I get 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.0
