Broad shoulders?

Did any women have success through out your weight loss losing your broad man shoulders? I absolutely hate mine and I worry that when I lose the weight, my shoulders will seem larger.

I worry about that too, I also worry that my fat arms which even my skinny sister has are hereditary from my mum and won't go away.

    1) you don't look like you have broad man shoulders. look at mine!

    2) I bulked up my shoulders (I want to be stronger), and it actually helped me look more proportional - as I am bigger in my hips/thighs, it helped to balance things out on top.

I feel your pain. I have broad shoulders and big arms. Even when I was thin and in shape! I also have big hands and feet I inherited from my grandfather. Got the hips from my mother so they help balance out the shoulders. I wish I would have gotten her thick, beautiful hair, but I didn't.

I have the same problem! && when I competitively swam for 5yrs I did the butterfly stroke & built crazy shoulder & back muscles which I thought made them look worse. Unfortunately they will not go away. I learned to embrase it! Spagetti straps make them look worse but a strapless top makes them look strong & sexy- my advice: accept it, embrace it, learn to love it, & make other people jealous of it :)

Yeah I definitely had some. But, since I lost weight it went away.

Shoulders are hard because it can be due to bone structure, not just fat. I have linebacker shoulders. I lift weights, play tennis/softball, and am learning to box. The shoulders will always be there, but they are proportional once you get the fat off other parts of your body. I used to hate them too, but now when I'm in my dress and heels at the club, guys have been starting to come up to me asking if I'm an athlete because of how my arms and shoulders are structured. I love it.
