I recently started thinking of taking creatine, I've heard and read a lot of things about it, mostly good, a few bad.
my question tho, to anyone listening is what do U think about creatine loading. Worth it? or Not?

They're now finding it may not be necessary. If you're a hardcore bodybuilder, do it just in case. Creatine monohydrate is cheap anyways.0

Loading is not necessary and most likely will cause gastrointestinal problems. The only benefit is that you will see results faster, usually within a week. By taking 5 grams a day without loading, you saturate your muscles within a month or so.0
