The songs that get me to start my workout are Eminem 'Till I collapse and Fall Out Boy. my song knows what you did in the dark. Anything with a beat will keep me working out... Disturbed, rage against the machine, pop music.

I have everything on my playlist from golden oldies to today's music, country-rap-pop-classical-classic rock, etc.; however one song reminds me of why I am doing this lifestyle change and that is "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor. The long version is almost eight minutes and when I first started this journey I could not dance to the whole song. I can now dance to it and keep on going!!!

    I WILL SURVIVE!
