Nearly healthy BMI!!!

Just did a check of the BMI thingy having lost a load of weight this week (combination of massive exercise, a bit of negative stress and careful eating). I'm within 0.6 of being in the healthy BMI range!!! YAY!!!

I've been VERY careful with eating the last two weeks - staying within my WW points, not using much of the exercise points but eating a good portion of the weeklies (in other words, just using my regular points for the most part). Also, because of the negative stress, I had undereaten two days in a row, but had overeaten the daily points earlier in the week. I've a feeling that kicked the metabolism a bit - which it needed!!

I'm within 3 pounds of my top of weight range via the weight range scales. :-D
