Hey everyone! After weeks of seeing great posts and awesome before/after pictures here on myfitnesspal.com, I decided to join!
I started a fitness routine about two years ago, but was on and off until last week. I've rejoined my gym, and have a few goals- I would love any input, help, tips, and ideas about these!
My goals are to covert the fat into muscle, to tone up, and to be a part of this great community!
