macaroni salad

Does anyone have a lowcal/lowfat version of macaroni salad??? was wondering if you used some fat free sour cream or something?? any info would be appreciated!!:smile:

    There a several receipes at this address: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1643,147177-251200,00.html I have never tried them, as I am not a macaroni salad type of person, but maybe it will help you at least on what to use!

    Good morning! I find it hard to control my portion when I make a VAT of mac salad (as my family LOVES it), so I first measure out my own macaroni and I use Miracle Whip Free. I usually cube up cold chicken and put it in with my spices and veggies. I have never heard of sour cream in macaroni salad, but it sounds YUMMY!!
