I've got a video I like, but it's getting boring and I need some recommendations for a new one to help vary it up a little bit. I'd say I'm at an intermediate level. I'd LOVE to go to a class, but that's not an option where I live - especially with a full-time job and an infant. So...anyone have any video reviews to share???

I'm thinking you know a lot of the moves. I have found that putting my own music on and dancing and arobic moves is a helper to me. I have so many of the yoga tapes Richard Simmons keeps it real he does have normal sized, bigger sized women on his video's. I have Cher but she's skinny already and they have a lot of the yoga on t.v. where you don't even have to buy it I've just found that under a lot of peoples insurances if you call and ask you may have a qym available. Planet fitness charges 9 a month and if a friend and you go that's like 20 bucks for both I'm hoping the have instructors or even stationary bike is good..0

My favorite yoga DVD is Yoga Shakti by Shiva Rea: http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Shakti-Shiva-Rea/dp/1591791847. It's filmed on an island off the coast of India so the scenery is amazing, plus you can customize the workouts. She's a great instructor.0

I'm on my 6th week of DDP Yoga (intermediate level). I like it because it's low impact that combines yoga moves with strength training (without weights) and cardio. I recommend it: http://www.ddpyoga.com/site/index.php/en/0
