    I don't know about the second. I just don't like the way it hangs? I guess if you were to belt it or something, it might work?

    Both are very nice, but I think the second one doesn't really fit the occasion. It seems more like an evening dress.

    Number one looks best for a morning or afternoon party. If it is in the evening I would go for the long one. You look like a grecian goddess in number 2.
