I'm not in the UK, so I'm not sure how easy it will be to get these...
I like any of the Yoga Booty Ballet series (yes, I'm serious)
    The Goddess Workout
and the Carmen Electra series is fun too.

(I like dance workouts, can you tell? lol :)

Any of the Biggest Loser, or Jillian Michael's, series are a good workout too!

Why not try Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Workout DVDs. They are really great to get you started just learn a few basic steps and marching, start of with a basic mile and you can work up to 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles with or without booseter. You can get the DVDs here in the Uk from Amazon or Play and you can have a look and download a 1 and 2 mile walk for free from Youtube.com

Good Luck. Rob (leader of the SWaT Team Challenge)

YBB is part of the beach body company...But if you buy it I would NOT recommend buying anything of theirs directly through the company. Their customer service is awful and they sign you up for automatic renewals and send you junk and charge you for it and its very difficult to try and change or cancel your orders.

I'm in the first week of doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I have to say it is the best work out DVD I have ever done.
I also like Yoga DVD's and Dance workouts. But the Shred really feels like your going to get results
  • wow thanks for the replies everyone :D i'm gonna check out some of your suggestions and see how i get on :)

I'm not big on workout dvds because I get motivation going to the gym. However since I can't get to the gym right now I have done Insanity (from Beach body) and now I am doing P90X (again from Beach Body)=== No I am not a coach.

I will say the workouts are serious business and really push you physically and mentally. I love it.
