You should totally make a ginger bread house out of them.

Eat the strudels. Luxuriate in them. Savor them. But just stick to one per day and you'll be fine. I think toaster strudels are infinitely superior to pop tarts!

can you roll them up and smoke them? maybe the calories wont be absorbed that way.

I love those things...I eat pretty much what I want as long as it fits into my calories, but I can not buy toaster strudels, pop tarts or oreos. Too much temptation to have in the house! But I would gladly eat one at someone else's house! :-)

That's the easy part. Take 2 tablespoons of milk and whisk in powdered sugar until it is nice and thick. Add a splash of vanilla extract if you want. Boom, extra icing!

I get a box every now and again and eat one every day until they are gone. I'm still losing! And I'm all about the good deals. Yesterday I got two family size bags of lays for $4, four 12-pack can sodas for $12 (coke products), three boxes of Entenmann's doughnuts for $2 each, 4 cups of shredded mozzarella (kraft) for $4, and 2 boxes of Oatmeal Cream Pies for $3 (the big boxes). Less than thirty bucks to have awesome bag lunches for my husband for a couple of weeks (minus the price of the sandwich fixin's I already own). If I had remembered to bring my coupons, I would have saved even more.

This is where self-control is learned...

I fail to see why this is a problem. If it fits your macros... eat it!

So my intentions were commendable: I was at Sam's buying frozen berries for my protein smoothies. And my kids saw the TS. I only buy them at the grocery store when they are BOGO free so it's a treat for them. I was gonna say no, but COME.ON! $5.86, but were on sale for $3.86. Thats lunacy!

It will take us months to finish all 24. And I'm a IIFYM girl. No elimination in our house, just moderation.

Not surprising that so much of the USA is obese, given the myriad choices of sugary, fat filled snack foods. We don't have even 1/3 of the options here in the Uk that you guys have over there, and even back in the 80s when I first visited, I was stunned at the sheer size of the supermarkets and the quantity of foods in the aisles. I am so glad I was born here, or I for sure would have ended up overweight.
