So after finishing insanity last week I decided to start doing doubles - Which is p90x followed by insanity 6 days a week. As well as clubhouse activities 4 times a week (might as well improve myself while unemployed).
So just finished my first week, and I feel fantastic. I was kinda worried at the start because I remember how hard p90x used to be but after insanity, and my cardio improved it was really not that bad. Same with insanity month 1, after doing month 2 its not as bad.
Just wanted to show what is possible after commiting to a fitness program. You reach the point where you can do things like this.

Awesome! :drinker:
I'm in week 2 of Insanity (my first round) and have been wondering if doing Insanity + another workout (haven't decided which one) would be too much . . . guess it just all depends on your fitness level, which is always changing, and/or how deeper you dig!0
