NOT religious but I workout and love to debunk Broscience.

I'm just a guy who trains hardcore, I don't slam weights because I kinda...control them? I like hard evidence and not a big fan of "This worked for me/my doctor told me that" misinformation, people who burn 600 calories by "cleaning house" for thirty minutes, people who love to complain via status update on a daily basis and I'm not a big fan of "BROSCIENCE", hence the headline. If you haven't backed out of this yet then please, I would like to add you to my daily feed...maybe even lifelong drinking buddies. Unless drinking is a sin, I am against that.
