ok, i was doing my slim in 6 dvd and when i was doing leg raises on all 4's, i was getting hot so i flipped up my tank top half way up to cool off. When i went to re position myself to continue them, i looked down and saw my belly just hanging there.... i have never noticed this ever before, even when i flexed my abs in that position it made no difference, all i could see what a heavy layer of fatty skin there hanging down, ICK! so grossed out.... when i stand i look fine... what can i do to fix that? how do i get rid of it?

Eat at a calorie deficit. Diet gets rid of fat, and exercise builds muscle.0

i am still eating at a deficit, i have been doing this for 1.5 years now, still bouncing around the last 3 months, can't budge and only 5 lbs away from goal. i was going to lower my goal but i can't even hit that one,lol0

I have that too and it is minging. In my case its a combination of stretched skin and fat. I am hopeful that I can lose the fat, not sure about the loose skin0

After losing 136 pounds, I have this. But when I flex my abs, it tightens up in the middle and kind of shrivels up. It's gross. I hate it. But I'm healthy. Loose skin sucks, but it's worth it.0

see i only lost 24 lbs... i also have no stretch marks on my belly... it's just fat, i guess. I can pinch it good!0
