    I live in South of England,the seaside city of Portsmouth..but I'm originally from Slovakia :smile: I start my diary between 9 - 11am,and have my last meal around 2-3am next day..I'm a night owl :glasses:

    Yeah like that is when I get confused. You don't ever eat anything else for the day? Like an extra chip?
