Small victory!

I have lost a combined total of 5.4 inches in the month since my radiation treatments on my inoperable pituitary tumor were completed! I am very happy about this as it has been difficult to take the weight off with all the hormonal issues!

That more than a small victory that's huge. Way to go. I too struggle with weight loss because of a thyroid condition. I've tried and given up many times since I was diagnosed 15 years ago. This time I'm trying not to focus on the scale. I've decided not to weigh myself until my clothes feel lose. Good luck to you on your journey...stay positive.

Thank you! I understand thyroid issues. I was hyperthyroid a few years ago and it was incredibly debilitating! Do the basics - get enough sleep, proper nutrition (eat real food), and exercise. It seems that these things always help in the healing of our bodies. Best of luck to you! You can do this!
