30 day shred

Anyone else doing the 30 day shred?

I have just started using my fitness pal and looking for some more motivators. :)

    Hi. I just started level 2 of 30 day shred. I'm definitely following the beginner girl (Anita I think) for this first round. I am 5'4" and am about 230lbs. I didn't lose much weight in the first 10 days but I did lose 2 inches off my waist and a pants size so I'll take it! I plan on starting over every 30 days until I can keep up with the advanced girl. You can do this! It's tough but totally work it!

    I finished day 4 today and found it a little easier. Im hoping by day 6 or 7 that i dont have to stop fro a drink so many times lol

    Make sure to take before pictures and measurements. The scale didn't go down this week but my measurements did. I am so glad I took pictures and measurements. I am on level 2. I am getting so much stronger.

    I just finished level 3...it's definetely challenging all the way through. I will be starting over with level 1 on Monday. I need a break but want to do all levels in the advanced mode. I am 5'2, 173...

    I finished it not too long ago. Moved onto befit in 90 which i found on youtube. Did my first day of it today.

    good luck! I think level 2 is my favorite from 30DS :D

    I'm on day 8 of level 2 (so day 18), I am sticking with Anita as well. Level 2 really works you hard, jeans are definitely getting looser. I'm not going to lie, I am a little worried about level 3. But it's a great 20 min workout.

    I am starting 30 DS for the second time. I did it in Jan/Feb and had excellent results. I technically started it on Monday, but have had to take 2 days off for an Easter play this week.

    I am using 5lb weights this time. What is everyone else using?

    I'm almost done with level 2 and have seen a MASSIVE difference in my arms, but nowhere else yet. But hopefully I will see progress when I take 'after' pics ad measurements after level 3.
  • Hi I am on day 4. I am sore but I can tell that I am not as sore as day 1. I hope to see a big change in my weight or measurements. I plan on doing this again when I am done with these 30 days. You can friend me if you want.

    I started befitin90 a few weeks ago after the 30ds also, then had to take a break from exercise for a week due to severe headaches and dizziness. Then since I started back with exercising I've been trying different workouts.But I did notice with some of the befit moves I could add some that I learned from the 30ds because some were just too easy after doing the 30ds.


    Level 2 was my least favorite!!! lol

    I just did day 1. My quads are on fire! :)
  • completed day 1 of level 2 today.

    I had a major problem with level 1-- the side lunge with an arm raise, yea I fell over and busted my head open. for some reason I can't stay balanced for that move only! I had to change it to a sumo squat with an arm raise.

    I measure in 11 places (I have listed on my profile) and lost 14 inches total during level 1, 2 of those inches came off my muffin top!
