Another one of my creations… Yes I’m getting a little photo-post addicted tee hee!

2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup skim milk
1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp sugar or 4 packets sweetener
¾ cup light whipped cream

Directions: Combine Bisquick and milk, kneed together until dough forms. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425º for 12 minutes until lightly browned – let cool. Place strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle sugar. Gently mix so that the sugar coats most of the strawberries and then let sit until sugar dissolves and the strawberries release moisture. When biscuits have cooled to room temperature, gently slice in half, place 2 strawberry slices on each bottom and a dollop/tbsp of whipped cream on top and place the biscuit top back on. Serves 12.

    You upload it to photobucket and copy the image link provided. Just make sure to change the IMG and /IMG to small letters img and /img.
