Finished Live Fit---what next?

I just finished Jamie Eason's 12 week training series, focusing on strength training and then fat burn (via cardio) for the last several weeks. I liked the workouts but didn't get the results I wanted. It's been an ongoing battle for me, though so I don't blame Jamie! I definitely gained muscle but the scale literally didn't move and I'm only down about a half size. I could start a million other threads about why that is...but that's another story entirely.
I want to find a plan to follow that will be a good follow up to the Live Fit trainer. I'm used to 90 minute workouts 6x a week so I'm up for something intense, but also wouldn't mind scaling back to 5 days a week and maybe a bit shorter workouts (4:45 AM wake up calls are killing me). I'd like to focus on keeping the muscle I've gained but mostly on shredding the fat that smothers them.
Any suggestions would be great!

The Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped 1000 video is awesome or any of her get ripped ones. Or Kettlenetics is great and comes with the starter kettlebell.

Thanks! I'd actually love something that I could do in the gym. I like th idea of continuing to lift heavy but am looking for the best combo of cardio and strength training to get rid of about 15 pounds or so.
