Question- Do they have to be all at once or like 75 today and 75 tomorrow or 25 at 3 different times for both days?0

I'm not sure either! But I'm thinking it's a weekend challenge, not a today specifically challenge- so I'm thinking if you accomplished the goal over this weekend it'd count.0

You can do all 150 at once or you can do them in sets. You can do half today and half tomorrow or you can to 150 today and 150 tomorrow as well. It's up to you and what you can handle, but try to push yourself a little. FYI, Jess likes to be challenged so if you add, say 100 crunches, challenge her to add them as well.0

It took me the whole weekend, sometimes only getting 10-15 in at a time, but they are done. My litttle helper (9 month old son) kept climbing on my belly and giving me big toothy smiles to cheer me on.0
