30 day shred help!

How do you track the 30 day shred in your personal exercises??

    I just tracked it as circuit training. Then i also googled based on my weight and age what the average calorie burn is per DVD. That goes with hip hop abs and P90X as well. I know the heart rate monitor is obviously the best, but in the meantime that's what I've been doing. You can also google what the average burn would be or go to a calories burnt calculator and add 30 day shred as a workout since you'll be doing it everyday.

    I use a heart rate monitor and log it as its own exercise.
