My name is Sarah and I have tried just about everything to shif the extra weight that I gained during my pregnancies. My youngest is now 5 years old and I am still trying. I exercise regularly but have a huge problem with snacking and I am a real stress eater. I have 2 children aged 5 and 6 who are extremely active and keep me very busy. I hope that I can finally get to my goal weight using this site as you all are really encouraging and it is nice to know that I am not the only one struggling to loose weight. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Sarah

hi when you feel like snacking instead of snacking on junk food, eat carrots, carrots are verry low in calories, and they are healthy too.

    Hi Sarah

I know how you feel, my son is 5 too, I have tried so hard to get the preganancy weight off and back to my perfect weight. I have never given up and I am getting there - slowly.
I have only a few more pounds to my all time perfect weight but these are the most stubborn and I am still having to work really hard to not regain what I have lost.
The trouble is when your a mum there's always so many other things that need our attention, by the time we have time to workout we're usually so tired we just want our beds!!

This site is great, I absolutely love it.
Since starting in January I have managed to keep track of everything and stop the yo-yoing that I had before. I have also lost that annoying last of my baby weight which kept creeping back on as soon as I relaxed. I am now lower weight than when I fell pregnant and much healthier and fitness minded.
Only a few more lbs and I will be me again :o)

Good luck with your goals I'm sure with MFP you will make it
