Anyone out there have any tried-and-true wheat-free/paleo snacks that they love?
I'm currently wheat & grain-free and want a little more variety in my daily snack(s). I love cheese with veggies, mixed nuts, etc., but this girl needs some spicy back in her life!![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Any suggestions?

Nutthins by Diamond aren't bad, I only like the sea salt. Lentil chips are good. I have a gluten allergy so I stick with those and some tortilla chips when I am dying for something salty.
My favorite is chickpeas cooked in a low oven 250-300F and you add whatever seasoning you want and they are these crunchy tasty healthy options. My son adds cayenne pepper and garlic to his before cooking.0 -
When I get a salt craving I go for roasted seaweed. Jerky is also a great choice. There's a lot of flavored and seasoned varieties now. Whole fruits and berries are great too.0
