Newbie on a Mission

I'm new to MFP and these forums. I have been using SparkPeople in the past (and continue), but I started keeping track of nutrition and exercise on this site as well. I'm looking for any friends that can help keep me motivated.

    It sounds like you and I connect because we both were using SparkPeople. I love SparkPeople but keep hearing about MFP from others that have lost weight and kept it off. I felt like I needed something new to spark me into getting back on track. I've been doing this about 4 days and I've lost some weight, which is great. I am also exercising daily because I'm trying to be accountable to myself.
    So, let's try to motivate each other. I'd like some ideas on what you're eating that you think is working. I am on a restricted diet right now and can't eat salads or green veggies, so imagine the challenges I face. Thanks!
