Hi, I'm an 18 y/o in Ontario, Canada- and this is my first time trying to lose weight.

I had some pretty severe self esteem issues in high school, but I've come to love myself on the inside-- but the outside could be... better?

If you want to be friends, awesome! It would really help me to have people I know want me to succeed~! <3

    You came to the right place. You can make many good friends here who will help you. Just love yourself like you wrote and dont let others get you down. Record your food everyday if you can, it really helps Good luck!

    I'm in Ontario too - just north of Toronto!

    Enjoy losing weight! The weather is getting nicer now, and we can go outside for activites that are MUCH more difficult in the winter! :)

    I'm a weird one myself--a weird old girl. So my ancientness might be heartening. I did not sicken or die of being weird, though there were times when I thought I might. I actually thrived. Long live the weird people!

    Don't worry you are going to leave highschool soon , people tend to be *kitten* during this period just ignore them , in some years everyone you know form HS will mature up .
