Two of my friends created their own videos, which was the inspiration for me making mine. It wasn't easy and I am apprehensive about sharing, but maybe it will inspire someone or make a difference.

    Your story is truly amazing and inspirational. I love how you were able to incorporate plain old weight loss into a truly transformative change that goes so much deeper than dress size.
