So, I've lost weight usin this site before (15 lbs.) and then I stopped using MFP because I was sure I could keep itup without the help. Needless to say, perhaps, I put all the weight back on and then some. So, I'm back, and as I track my calories I can't help but wonder: WHAT was I eating? I'm currently working with my net calories at 1200 daily, and even on my exercising off-days I can still stick to it.
Let it be a lesson to me, I guess: it's easy to eat right when you're watching your calories, but there are all kinds of dangerous foods out there.

I know it takes learning a new way to eat, my wife and I our family would eat out 2-3 times a week, aside from the money, we started looking at nutrition and saw that pretty much any restaurant you are eating 1000-2000 cals + plus truck loads of sodium, its obvious but we looked past it (hence why I got up over 300lbs). I look at food differently, I have my support system and I am on the right track now. Just hang in there it will happen!0
