I have been using this ap for 6 weeks and am losing weight every week. 1 to 2 lbs per week. But when it predicts my weight in 5 weeks it now tells me I will weigh more. It makes no sense.

I don't know for sure, but maybe you need to re calculate your goals? Perhaps the calories you were taking in and the exercise you were doing were specifically for your past weight not your current weight?0

the samething happened to me, i think it has something to do with the sodium intake.

what the program is really saying is, if you ate everyday like you did "Today" for the next 5 weeks, you would weight this much in 5 weeks. So today must have been a day where you were above your normal calories. Don't read too much into it.

The prediction is that, if you ate every day like you ate today, you would lose/gain X amount of weight. Did you eat over your calorie goals for the day? That would cause it to predict a weight gain.0
