Returning member

Hi
I am returning in worse shape than when I started two years ago, I am on a mission to lose weight and get healthier in the process. I plan on calorie reduction and smoothies to get more greens and fruits. I am approaching this program in 30 day increments. I look forward to reading testimonials of others who are on a similar crusade.
