I've recently lost another 5lbs without wanting to so looking for some high calorie, nutritional ly balanced meals without relying too much on the veggie alternatives like Quorn. I'm also trying to get more beans, lentils etc into my diet so any ideas/recipes would beggreatly appreciated

My favorite dishes when I was cooking for my vegetarian SO were ALL high calorie (way too high, which is why I had to come here). Do you incorporate any cheese/dairy into your meals? I think that's what makes most of these high calorie.

Risottos (really any will be high in calorie and most are veg; I like pumpkin in the fall and butternut squash in the spring/summer) - http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/butternut-squash-risotto-recipe/index.html

And Mexican dishes, like this burrito were always a hit - http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/mission-style-wild-rice-and-bean-burrito-recipe/index.html
Hope some of those help. I'm making some French lentils for lunch in a bit; I think compared to the above options (which I only make now by making lots of healthier substitutions), they're relatively low cal, but I'll let you know how they turn out.0 -

Eat a bigger serving of your dishes.
Avocado
Bullet coffees ^_^ .... coffee with coconut oil (or butter) blended together. Not balanced, but oh so yummy.
Nut butters.
Fresh fruit (peaches) + greek yogurt + nut butters ... my go to post workout snack.
Raw nuts in general.
Add more oil to your dishes.0
