Ingredients
1 cup steel-cut oats
3 cups filtered water
1 tbsp agave nectar or sweetner of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Put cup of oats in a medium bowl and soak in water for at least ½ an hour.
Step 2: Rinse and drain oats very well.
Step 3: scoop oats into bender and add 3 cups of water(for creamier milk). Add more for thinner milk.
Step 4: Blend well.
Step 5: put it in a sieve and pour it slowly. Might have to do a couple batches. With a spoon, gently push down the oat pulp so milk flows through. Repeat till there are no residue in the oat milk
Step 6: pour oat milk into blender and blend in the rest of the ingredients.
So delicious and it lasts for a week in the fridge. You could freeze it if you'd like

I've never had this and it looks good. My wife and kids are lactose intolerant and they drink lots of soy, almond, and other milks, so this could be a good addition. I'll try it and let you know. Thanks!0
