Ingredients
1 cup steel-cut oats
3 cups filtered water
1 tbsp agave nectar or sweetner of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Step 1: Put cup of oats in a medium bowl and soak in water for at least ½ an hour.
Step 2: Rinse and drain oats very well.
Step 3: scoop oats into bender and add 3 cups of water(for creamier milk). Add more for thinner milk.
Step 4: Blend well.
Step 5: put it in a sieve and pour it slowly. Might have to do a couple batches. With a spoon, gently push down the oat pulp so milk flows through. Repeat till there are no residue in the oat milk
Step 6: pour oat milk into blender and blend in the rest of the ingredients.

So delicious and it lasts for a week in the fridge. You could freeze it if you'd like :)

I've never had this and it looks good. My wife and kids are lactose intolerant and they drink lots of soy, almond, and other milks, so this could be a good addition. I'll try it and let you know. Thanks!
