I'll be 24 this year and for the first time in my life I am excited about starting and sticking to a weight-loss program. My fiance and I have joined a gym and the first week went great. Surprisingly I enjoy spending time there and feel great afterwards. This week I will work even harder and hopefully this time I won't let myself down.

No excuse is a good excuse but the past 5 years I've spent in school and although I can now brag about a Master of Architecture Degree I can see how it took a toll on my body. The past 5 years have been filled with sleepless nights, unhealthy eating, irregular schedules and way too much stress. All of which contributed to a significant weight gain.

Well there are no excuses now and I look forward to a new me.

Congrats on earning your masters! Major accomplishment.
I've been on the site almost 2 weeks, and it's really an eye opener. You'll really like it , too. It's a bit addictive, though more productive for me than FB! Good luck and keep everyone posted on how you're doing!
