I'm new to the site but not new to getting healthier. I try to keep an open happy mind about my journey but sometimes I fall off the wagon becuase I just get so frusterated. I've been working at inproving myself inside and out for 2 years now. My son is 4 and after I had him a lot of life happened. I ended up gaining from day 1 of my pregnancy to 2 years ago gained 80 lbs. Now since starting to eat better and move around a little I have lost 37 of that. Well if you count how many times I've back slid and regained and lost and re gained I've lost more.
Well I'm seriouse about it again, I think.......
My husband and I want to get pregnant again and I want to be healthy when I do so I'm trying to lose a little more and get in better shape so I can have a healthy pregnancy and maybe not gain too much this time around.
Anyway, just saying hi and hoping to move the scale in the right direction.

We all fall off from time to time.
My best advice to get the most out of this site is to track your food daily (I know this sounds like a no brainer but it can be challenging to find the time to record your food everyday but it's really a must in my book) and also make lots of friends. The more support, the better. We are all here for the same reason and it makes it so much easier when you have cheerleaders and can be a cheerleader for someone else.
You will do this!0 -
I'm on a permanent plateau! A few pounds up, a few pounds down, need to get past the few pounds down! I do find though when I use this website to count calories and exercise I do very well. Just need to stick to it! Welcome!! Good luck to you!0
